Administration and Human Resources Department is one of the 13 departments of the council according to the Local Government Authorities structure. This department is responsible for matters related to Recruitment, Staff development, welfare and discipline. Administration and Human Resources Department also ensure that, employees work in accordance to the rules, procedures and regulations in the execution of the Council duties.
